Внушают доверие и камни, и сертификаты, и продавец. Сперва были заказаны камни. Продавец уже показал готовое к отправке письмо и камни в коробочке. Когда были заказаны сертификаты к этим камням, продавец сделал второй заказ, но камни пришли вместе с сертификатами в конвертах и запечатанной пластиковой упаковке. Каждый в своём конверте и без коробочки. Упаковка супер надёжная и быстрая доставка. У меня только положительные впечатления. Однозначно 5 звёзд. Спасибо!
